Artificial intelligence has been increasingly penetrating our everyday lives for years. As its influence on our lives increases, calls for the regulation of AI are growing louder. One major challenge here is the clash between two worlds: Law and technology. The SATW Expert Group AI Law and Technology - consisting of experts from the legal and technical fields - aims to contribute to a common understanding of the legal challenges surrounding the use of AI systems. In doing so, it wants to contribute to a human-centered and innovation-friendly attitude towards the use of AI in Switzerland.
