The Swiss Academies of Arts and Sciences strengthen cooperation in science and promote its anchoring in society. On 8 December 2023, the Federal Council approved amendments to the statutes of the a+ umbrella organisation and its members. These serve to further optimise the organisation. This completes the reorganisation of the academies.
