Starting next year, RUAG will become a new holding company with two subholdings (MRO Switzerland and RUAG International). The Federal Councillor has appointed Monica Duca Widmer Chairman of the Board of Directors for this new holding company.
Monica Duca Widmer has been a full individual member of SATW since 2009 and Vice President of the Board since 2011. Due to her new position, she will resign from the SATW Board with immediate effect. We would like to thank her for her valuable work and great commitment over the past years and wish her every success in her new position.
She will accompany and shape the founding of the new holding company and the election of the new board members of the subholdings in autumn.
