The 2024 Congress focused on global challenges associated with food and health, and emphasised the importance of cooperation as a way of safeguarding food supply. Swiss TecLadies’ new mentoring programme was launched at the end of September 2024. The workshops and face-to-face encounters with experts give the 120 young women taking part an insight into the engineering professions and a chance to develop their ambitions as regards a career in the STEM subjects. On 9 September 2025, SATW will be presenting its new Technology Outlook 2025 in cooperation with Givaudan in Kemptthal. The event will focus on the issue of transforming waste into resources.
